Terms of Service

By accessing polariscrescent.com or using any Polaris Crescent services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Polaris Crescent Enterprise LLC provides:

• Polaris AI Assessment™ — a free AI maturity assessment tool
• Full Report ($997) — a detailed AI transformation report based on your assessment
• Consulting Engagements — AI transformation advisory services (governed by separate engagement agreements)

The Polaris AI Assessment™ is provided at no cost. By taking the assessment:

• You provide accurate information about your organization to the best of your knowledge
• Your anonymized responses may contribute to the Polaris AI Readiness Benchmark (aggregate data only)
• You will receive your results via email

$997 Full Report

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes
• Your full report will be delivered within two business days
• Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your report, contact lori@polariscrescent.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. We stand behind our work.
• The $997 fee is credited toward any Polaris Crescent consulting engagement.

Consulting Engagements

• Governed by separate written engagement agreements
• Fixed-fee pricing as quoted in your proposal
• Payment terms as specified in your engagement agreement

The Polaris AI Assessment™, Polaris Navigator™, all assessment frameworks, reports, methodologies, and website content are the intellectual property of Polaris Crescent Enterprise LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary frameworks without written permission.

Your assessment results and report are yours to use for internal business purposes.

Our services are provided “as is.” The Polaris AI Assessment™ and associated reports are based on self-reported information and represent our professional opinion and methodology. They are not a guarantee of any specific business outcome.

AI transformation results depend on many factors beyond our assessment, including organizational readiness, leadership commitment, and execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaris Crescent Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at polariscrescent.com/privacy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
